Alicia Witt is a pianist as well as a singer, who has performed on the screen since when she was a child. The 2009 album, titled eponymous and which was released shortly after she had mostly performed as a pianist, revealed how much she owes Elton John. Her debut studio album, the Ben Folds-produced Revisionary History, appeared in the year 2015. The Conduit was her next album, which marked her debut in co-production. Alicia Witt made her first screen appearance as Alia Atreides in David Lynch's 1984 adaptation of Frank Herbert's Dune. It's no surprise that at just ten, she was pigeonholed into being an actress, despite the fact she'd played piano for as long as acting. Although she was onscreen more than she was on stage, her professional career as a musician did not start until the year 1995.
